SOUTH BEND – The Morris Performing Arts Center is pleased to announce the 17th annual Fridays by the Fountain, a free outdoor summer concert series. Local blues, jazz, rock, folk and country bands will take the stage in the Jon R. Hunt Plaza every Friday during lunchtime from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in June, July and August. Attached below this press release is the 2017 lineup.
Food vendors are available during this time, offering a variety of lunchtime favorites including pizza, sandwiches, salads and smoothies. Tables are set in and around the plaza to give concertgoers a space to eat, or attendees can opt to bring a blanket and relax on the lawn.
Fridays by Fountain is sponsored by Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union #172, South Bend Jazz Fest, Jones Obenchain LLP, Belle Tire, HealthWorks!
